Shipping

All of our orders are subject to a handling period between 1-2 business days.  Once the purchase has been completed and payment has cleared on our end, the items leave our warehouse and are scheduled to arrive to your address in the time frame you have selected at checkout. Please factor in additional shipping time during holiday seasons, as the postal service experiences heavier than usual volume. Please note that whether domestic or international, once your order is shipped it is out of our hands. If your order is momentarily stuck in the USPS system, missing scans, or is temporarily lost, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses. 

To ensure packages are delivered on time, please make sure your address and all information is entered correct and full. We do not take responsibility for incorrect info or orders, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
